Refund Policy

At Furnexo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your sofa.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Custom-made or personalised sofas (including custom colours or fabric choices) are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your sofa arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos/videos of the issue so we can assess the claim quickly.

  • We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective or incorrect items, Furnexo covers all return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After production or dispatch begins, cancellation may not be possible.
