1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products damaged due to customer handling

Items purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item

Packaging photos

Your order number
We will offer:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund, depending on your preference
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will:

Issue your refund within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be processed to:

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer must cover return shipping charges.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
